An Introduction to The Executive Solutions Agency
The Executive Solutions Agency was founded by Sasha Savile after being made redundant from a 17-year career in construction.
With a six-month-old baby at home, Sasha realised the traditional 9–5 no longer worked with the flexible life she wanted to create. Craving autonomy and the ability to support others in the same position, she took the leap and founded The Executive Solutions Agency in 2020.
The agency began by offering high-level support to small business owners, but quickly evolved when a client shared they were ADHD. Using her experience growing up with her neurodivergent brother, Sasha saw the gap in support for neurodivergent entrepreneurs and made it the heart of ESA's work.
Today, we have grown into a team of 15 professionals, with 80+ years of combined experience, supporting over 50 clients across the UK, including small business owners, neurodivergent entrepreneurs, employees and creative business owners.
Our mission is to provide flexible, tailored support that helps people work in a way that truly supports them and their business.
