AN INTRODUCTION TO THE EXECUTIVE SOLUTIONS AGENCY

The Executive Solutions Agency was founded by Sasha Savile after she was made redundant from a 17-year corporate career in the construction industry. With a six-month-old baby at home, she knew that the rigid, fast-paced world of corporate life no longer aligned with her values or her reality as a working mum.

So, she launched her own business, supporting small business owners who needed reliable, highly experienced help from someone who is organised, approachable, and deeply committed to getting things done. The turning point came when one of her early clients shared, they had ADHD. Sasha realised that her experience growing up alongside her neurodivergent brother, who is severely dyslexic, had shaped her ability to offer something many professionals couldn’t flexible, patient, and personalised support grounded in lived understanding.

Since then, the agency has grown into a trusted partner for over 50 neurodivergent business owners and professionals, helping them to organise, plan, prioritise, and build businesses that work for their brains, not against them.

Today, Executive Solutions Agency offers two core services: Neurodiversity Support For neurodivergent business owners who feel overwhelmed by admin, stuck in their to-do lists, or unsure how to stay consistent. Construction & Workplace Consultancy With deep roots in construction and a combined 80+ years of industry experience across the team, we now help construction businesses and neurodiversity consultants build more inclusive workplaces
