Specialist Neurodivergent Workplace Support

Some of your most capable employees may not need more management. They may need the right support around them.

The Executive Solutions Agency provides practical, one-to-one workplace support for neurodivergent professionals who may find areas such as planning, prioritisation, organisation, workload management or executive functioning more challenging.

Our role isn't to do someone's job for them, we aren’t offering traditional PA support. It's to provide the structure, strategies, accountability and practical support that helps employees do their job at their best.

Support that works in the real world

Help your people work at their best.

An employee may understand exactly what they need to do, but still fell overwhelmed with where to start, how to prioritise competing demands or how to maintain a system consistently. That's where we can help.

Planning and Prioritisation

Planning the working week, identifying priorities and managing competing demands.

Task Management and Sequencing

Breaking complex tasks into manageable actions and creating task management systems.

Diary and Time Management

Structuring diaries, managing time effectively and creating a more manageable working day.

Providing focused support, check-ins and ongoing accountability.

Body Doubling and Accountability

Organising and preparing for meetings, deadlines and upcoming commitments.

Meeting and Deadline Preparation

Building sustainable routines and implementing workplace strategies consistently.

Routines and Strategy Implementation

Team Collaboration Meeting

Supporting employees, managers and businesses

As managers, we want our people to succeed.

But managers aren't always equipped, or able, to provide the level of individual day-to-day support some employees may benefit from.

Specialist workplace support can provide an additional layer of practical assistance, giving employees dedicated support while allowing managers to focus on managing their wider team. For organisations, this can contribute to:

Improved organisation and workload management

More effective implementation of reasonable adjustments

Greater employee confidence

Reduced pressure on line managers

Employee retention and improved wellbeing

A more neuroinclusive workplace

Who is this support for?

Our workplace support can be suitable for neurodivergent professionals across a range of industries and roles.

We particularly support individuals who experience challenges around:

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

Dyslexia and / or Dyspraxia (DCD)

Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD / Dyspraxia)

Executive Function

Organisation and prioritisation

Time Management

Cognitive overload

A diagnosis does not define the support we provide.

We focus on the individual, the barriers they are experiencing and what practical support will make their working life more manageable.

Specialist support for construction and professional services

We also have extensive experience within the construction industry and understand the demands placed on professionals working across multiple projects, deadlines, clients and stakeholders.

We can support professionals including project managers, quantity surveyors, estimators, planners, commercial teams, engineers and construction managers.

Our support is equally available to organisations and professionals working across other sectors.

How it Works

  • We speak with the employer and employee to understand what support is being considered and what they would like to achieve.

  • We work with the employee to identify the practical barriers they are experiencing and agree how our support can help.

  • We agree a structure that may include weekly sessions, regular check-ins, planning sessions, accountability or practical workplace strategies.

  • The employee works consistently with their Executive Solutions Agency business partner to develop and implement ways of working that support them.

  • Where appropriate and with the employee's agreement, progress and the ongoing support arrangement can be reviewed with the employer.

Confidential, respectful and individual

Trust is central to effective workplace support.

Although an organisation may fund the service, the employee needs a space where they feel safe discussing the barriers they are experiencing.

We therefore agree on clear boundaries at the beginning about confidentiality, communication and what information, if any, will be shared with the employer.
