The Executive Solutions Agency Referral Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
1. The referrer must introduce a new contact (the “Referred Client”) who:
-
Is not an existing client of The Executive Solutions Agency; and
-
Is not currently in active discussions with The Executive Solutions Agency regarding services.
3. Referrals must be submitted via our online referral form.
4. By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms they have permission to share the contact’s details.
2. Successful Referral Criteria
4. A referral will be deemed successful when the Referred Client:
-
Signs a minimum six-month service agreement with The Executive Solutions Agency; and
-
Completes three consecutive months of active support.
5. The Referred Client must sign their agreement within six months of the referral being submitted.
6. If the Referred Client cancels or terminates their agreement within the first three months, the second instalment of the referral reward will not be payable.
3. Referral Reward
7. For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a total reward of £200.
8. The reward will be paid in two instalments:

£100 upon signing of the six-month agreement
-
£100 after completion of three consecutive months of active support
9. Referrers may alternatively request that the full £200 reward be donated to a registered charity of their choice.
10. Only one referral reward will be payable per referred business.
11. Where multiple referrals are received for the same business, the first recorded referral will be honoured.
4. General
12. The Executive Solutions Agency reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Referral Programme at any time.
13. All personal data will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
