An Introduction To Sasha
Sasha Savile is the founder of The Executive Solutions Agency, bringing more than two decades of experience across construction, business, executive support and leadership to the work she does today.
People are a big part of what drives Sasha. She’s naturally interested in how they think, how they work and what helps them do their best work.
That curiosity has shaped her career, from 17 years in construction to building an agency that now works across executive support, marketing, neurodiversity and Access to Work.
Life Before The Executive Solutions Agency
Sasha spent 17 years in the construction industry, building a career that gave her experience across the many moving parts of busy businesses. Working with different people, priorities and pressures gave her an understanding of what keeps businesses moving and, just as importantly, the people behind them.
When Sasha was made redundant in 2020, she had a six-month-old baby and a decision to make about what came next. She chose to take her experience in a new direction and founded The Executive Solutions Agency, creating the autonomy and flexibility she wanted while opening up those same opportunities for other experienced professionals.

Finding Different Ways To Support Different People
As Sasha began working directly with business owners, one client conversation became the starting point for a new area of professional interest. The client shared that they had ADHD, and Sasha adapted their support around the way they worked.
Neurodivergence was already familiar to Sasha through her family, but seeing the difference that personalised support could make led her to explore it much further. Today, her experience includes working with neurodivergent entrepreneurs and professionals, Access to Work, executive support and marketing, with a particular interest in how each can be adapted to the individual.
Life Before The Executive Solutions Agency
Sasha now leads a team of 15 professionals with more than 80 years of combined experience, and ESA has supported over 50 clients across the UK.
Her role has grown considerably since 2020, but the parts of business Sasha enjoys most remain very people-focused. She works closely with clients, leads and develops her team, builds relationships across the industries ESA works within and continues to champion better, more individualised approaches to support.
Sasha brings all of that experience together in the way she leads ESA, supports its clients and continues to develop what great support can look like for different people and businesses.
